We work primarily with small to mid-sized distributors, manufacturers and trading companies in Malaysia. If your business moves physical goods — whether finished products, raw materials or components — and you want a clearer view of how that movement is working, our services are likely a reasonable fit.

We try to keep demands on your staff to a minimum. For the Flow Snapshot, you can expect a few short conversations and access to some basic records. For the Improvement Study, more time is needed but we work in blocks that can be scheduled around your operations. The Advisory Partnership is structured so that regular check-ins are brief and planned well in advance.

No extensive preparation is required. Whatever records you have — whether that is basic spreadsheets or a more formal system — is fine as a starting point. Part of our role is to work with what exists rather than asking you to create new reporting before we begin.

Deliverables vary by service. The Flow Snapshot produces a flow diagram, a short findings note and a review call. The Improvement Study includes a written report, a prioritised recommendation list and a presentation. The Advisory Partnership generates working notes and guidance documents on a rolling basis throughout the engagement period.

The listed prices (RM 510, RM 3,050 and RM 4,700) cover the advisory scope described for each service. If your operation is particularly complex or spread across multiple sites, we would discuss scope adjustments with you before confirming a fee. We prefer to be straightforward about costs before any work begins.
